Affiliation to the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) and/or affiliation to the corresponding mutual society.
Registration in the census of professionals of the State Tax Administration Agency.

Institution fees: €58.50 quarterly (It will be proportional to the months of the quarter from the membership approved by the Board of Members).

As of January 1, 2012, the registration fee between transfers of physicians members of the Valencian Community is abolished.
The time is extended by 5 years so that the facultatives who had been registered in the Institution of Alicante do not pay an entrance fee when rejoining.
