The COMA Ethics Commission advises the Board of Directors on matters related to medical ethics and professional ethics.
It is made up of a minimum of five and a maximum of nine members, appointed by the Plenary of the Board of Directors from among the registered doctors, with more than fifteen years of seniority in the association, for a maximum period of four years, with the possibility of being re-elected .
Advise the Board Members in all those matters in which it deems its opinion appropriate. 
Promote actions aimed at improving the practice of the profession in matters of ethics and deontology, by itself or at the request of the Board Members.
